So yeah, sometimes people ask me questions and I don't get to answer them.
So when I have the time, I'll just post it here <333

Question #1

Q: How did you come up with your character Debbie?

A: Well, At first she was a recolor...but not on paper, only in my dreams ROFL!
She was a orange hedgehog with a grown puff coming out of her forehead and she had boots similar to Sally's but it was red covered with buckles lulz.

then I finally decided to draw her on paper.
and yes, as a pup lulz.
She was just called Debbie the Dog, because back then I didn't really care what breed she should be.
She was an orange dog with long, brown, wavy hair.
(It later became full of glitter, lulz)
and the front part of her hair was pulled back and tied into a mini pony tail
Her outfit was a nice strapless tank top, but then I added strings to go around her neck.
and it was yellow, blue, green, and red strips <333.
She also wore a frilly jean skirt with Greek-styled sandals.

Sheezy I know!
but I was a newb.

She was never introduce into the internet world.

but one day I was like browsing a lot of sonic artwork on Google.
and I found the love of my life, DA and SA.
but later DA was growing on to me more.
I search I found these characters called "fan characters"
I found out that you're allowed to post fan characters LULZ!

But before I showed Debbie to the public.
She went threw yet another alter change.

She now just had wavy hair, but her front hair was to the right more than the left.
She had a pink tank top
and just plain, tight, short, jean skirt.

and her shoes were kinda like converse.
but white all over with one pink circle on the sides.

Still sheezy, but still learning.

I then signed up for myspace, and put her there!

That's where I met =KittyRawrz <333

She told me what RP was and everything!
I would of been lost without her~! <333

I later then sign up for DA and change her look AGAIN!
ROFL!

I later became original.

now I don't wanna explain the look, so here:[link]

About a year later we come to her modern look.

Now why did I change her look to this?

well, people began taking her look...
...There were multi-colored, arm warmers, tight outfit recolors running around MYSPACE.

and then it started here too...

I got sick of it and that's why I change her look.
BUT I STILL KEPT THE OLD ONE.
it's one of her alt. outfits now.

A: Good question. IDK really...

I wanted a species that SEGA haven't used yet.
so I went with dog.

We're both brunettes who are animal lovers and that we don't eat meat <3

A: I am sweet, but not to art thieves or recolors.

they drive me nuts because the original owner must have put a lot of effort.
and seeing their work being redone, makes them feel as if there original design of it wasn't good enough.

Q: Have you ever had a recolor and/or art thief do anything to your work?

A: Oh yes, before on myspace I found two Debbie chow-chows.
They stole loads of art from me.

and then I had one recolor on youtube.

A: hmm, well at first she was able to fly with her jet wings.
but later it was super bark (lulz, yes I got it from Bolt the movie)

I guess you can say she can fly AND have super bark lulz.

A: Very good question!
She is a cute character, but dresses sexy lulz.
She kinda ignores the whole "sexy look"
Because she acts too sweet for it and she's to....Clean I guess you can say? lulz.
some people do get mix up with that.

Q: how do you think of the beautiful bright colors on debbie's clothes? and how did you come up with the hairband?

A: Well, I'm the type of girl who loves to put color schemes on perfectly.
I like to slash and see what should go where.
and see if it looks modern and such.
and the colors can' be random, they got to seem as if they were meant to be

and for the headband, IDK really, I was needing something that will go well with the outfit when I was completing it.
I decided fuzzy Antennas cause it reminds me of fuzzy cute stuff lulz.

Q: How long did it take to get to the point you are on now with art work you know like drawing, posing, shading, lighting and colouring?

A: Umm...some years really...
My Art Teacher taught me a trick on how to draw better:

"Draw what you see....
Not what you think you see"

So It really help me a lot <333

A: About the age of nine I believe, although people kept forcing me to make the "right" choice when I was about to decide.
they would tell stories about a friend of theirs had low blood pressure and wen to the hospital or like one of them fainted from not getting protein.
well it's their fault for not balancing their diet (Or a life style choice if you love being one lulz)

and it was not hard at all!
My family respects me being a vegetarian and they'll always go and get me veggie stuff <333

Q: Where do you get your inspiration for your drawings?

A: I'll mostly draw lil pics of bases and I might get an idea from that, or from music too!
Sometimes from watching T.V.
or if I had a dream I might want to draw that too.
sometimes an idea might pop right outta mah head!
